Health and safety plan
WHAT TO EXPECT PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE NOTE: CLIENTS WILL ONLY BE SEEN BY APPOINTMENT. NO WALK-INS.

  • The building, where our studio is located, requires the front door to remain locked at all times. Additionally, the lobby and all seating areas will be closed off, and cannot be used by anyone at this time.

  • Appointments must be attended alone, as I can only accommodate one client at a time inside the studio.

  • All clients are required to fill a pre-screening questionnaire form (that I will provide) prior to the appointment, before entering the facility.

  • If you exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, you must cancel or reschedule any appointments. COVID-19 related cancellations will not incur a cancellation fee.

  • Once you’ve arrived, send a text or use the intercom and we’ll meet at the doors. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment as we are not allowed to have clients wait outside the studio.

  • I will greet you at the main door and prior to entering the facility. There, I will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. Once we finish the service, you’ll be walked out.

  • Everyone must wash their hands or use a hand sanitizer (that I will provide) as soon as entering the studio and after the service.

  • Mask wearing is required at all times. I will provide a mask if needed. As a precautionary measure, I always wear a mask inside the studio, even between appointments.

  • I will provide an easily disinfected plastic chair to place any belongings.

  • Between appointments, I will allow 30-60 minutes to disinfect (with EPA-registered disinfectant against COVID-19) areas including high-traffic surfaces including counters, rolling carts, drawers, hand mirrors, tools, chairs, handles, spare nozzle, bottles, canisters, phone, treatment table, etc.

  • All materials used during pre-drawing are disinfected. Tattooing materials/supplies are 100% disposable.

  • The treatment table will be covered with disposable sheets of paper/plastic.

  • The studio is equipped with an IQAir air purifier with hyper-HEPA filtration technology, which removes 99.5% of all particles down to 0.003 microns and UV Ozone UV germicidal lamp that is turned on between clients.

Periodically, I will be tested for COVID-19 to ensure my family as well as my clients remain safe during this time. Should there be any need for me to reschedule your appointment due to health concerns, you will promptly receive a notice from me.

THESE COVID-19 MEASUREMENTS ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • Cal/Osha.
  • California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
  • California Safe and Healthy Code.
  • SF Heath and Safety Code.

While these feel like many requirements to follow, we can still enjoy beautiful permanent makeup while keeping our families safe.
